Shipping policy

Shipping Information

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), with the exception of national holidays when carriers do not pick up packages.

All shipments are packed in USPS/UPS boxes or envelopes. Orders are fulfilled after verification and credit authorization.

Please make sure your billing information is entered correctly at checkout. In the event that your billing information is entered incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.

Make sure you enter your address correctly, if your order returns to our address due to missing information, you will pay for the new shipping label. If you do not receive an order update due to the manual verification requirement, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to possible fraud. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. If you place your order outside of business hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Transit time starts after the shipping date. Thank You.

 

Refund policy

Before sending any package, write to our email

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchance, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@onlinecuteshoes.com or on instagram. @onlinecuteshoesusa If your return is accepted, you will have to ship us the package to our address (you will pay the shipping label). Items ship back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchances on sale items or if you used a discount code.

All purchases whit a discount code are final sales.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. only in this situation we will pay the return label. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address or lost, you can make a complaint to the shipping company.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your order is returned to our address due to lack of shipping information, it will be automatically refunded (only the cost of the shoes) and you will have to make your purchase again with the correct address.

Exchanges
Contact us to see if the size/color or style you need is available in our inventory. in this situation you will have to pay for the shipping label to our address, once we have the shoes, we will pay for the new label to your address.
